A block paving installation is suitable for both domestic and commercial applications. Driveway construction
Typically we will excavate to a depth of 300 mm followed by a 100 mm layer of compacted road base followed by a 100mm layer of sub base, edging blocks are then concreted into place to prevent movement and 50mm layer of sand is screeded and compacted followed by the paving, a vibration plate is then passed over the paved area, finally kiln dried sand is brushed into the joints.
